*CLAIM: The Allyship Framework—*this training teaches the CLAIM framework (Care, Learn, Act, Influence, Maintain) for becoming an effective ally.

*Training Goals:*

* Understand how to use individual and collective social privilege to advance racial justice
* Create spaces of true belonging
* Gain tools to nurture a culture of dialogue and allyship
* Support the development of an Active, Welcoming and Engaged (AWE) community plan for Sunnyvale
