Online Registration System Update

Lap Swim and Aquatics Classes Specifics

The new recreation registration system goes live in February. We want to provide you with some key information on how to enjoy our aquatics programs in the meantime. 

Registration for the current Winter/Spring session remains open. You can still view program details in the current online system [ https://www.sunnyvale.ca.gov/recreation-and-community/classes-and-activities ]. But all online transactions are disabled. 

*Important update for Lap Swim passes in the current system:*


* Drop-in passes need to be phased out of the current system. Sales of passes will be limited until the new system is open. 
* *Jan. 5 - Feb. 8:  *Purchase in person at our customer service desks or at the door for drop-in programs.
* Sales are limited to one visit per transaction.

* *Feb. 9: * Purchase in the new online system or through the Recreation Center customer service desk.
* You will be able to purchase 1, 5 or 10 visits per transaction. 


* We are exploring whether we can transfer existing passes to the new system. Since this may not be possible, customers should use their existing passes by March 31.

*How to purchase passes during the transition: *


* In person at one of our pool sites. Credit cards only.
* *Sunnyvale Swim Complex* (Fremont High School)

* *Washington Community Swim Center*

* Open during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Help is available by phone or in person. Cash, Check, or Card accepted.

Key Things to Know About the Transition

* All customers will need to create an account in the new system. You can do this starting Jan. 26.
* Registration for Winter/Spring Classes and Activities must occur by phone or in person.
* Sale of Drop-in Passes will be limited. All existing passes should be used by March 31.
* Registration will occur in the new system for:
* Summer Camps beginning Feb. 9 at 9 a.m.
* Summer Classes and Activities, and Swim Lessons beginning April 6 at 9 a.m.

Important Dates For Transition

* *Jan. 26:  *The new system launches. Customers can create new accounts and browse Summer Camp offerings.
* *Feb. 9:*  Registration and reservation functions activate. Customers can:
* Register for Summer Camps beginning at 9 a.m.
* Purchase Drop-in Passes

* *March 31:*  All existing Drop-in Passes should be used.
* *April 6:  *Registration for Summer Classes and Swim Lessons begins at 9 a.m.

* *Jan. 26:*  You can view swim lesson details in the Camp Splash Brochure [ https://www.sunnyvale.ca.gov/recreation-and-community/classes-and-activities ].
* *March 30:  *The full Summer Activities Guide [ https://www.sunnyvale.ca.gov/recreation-and-community/classes-and-activities ] will be available.
* *April 6:  *Summer Classes and Swim Lesson registration opens in the new system at 9 a.m.
