Street Maintenance

Construction for the 2026 Annual Street Maintenance and Rehabilitation Project will continue through the fall, with final project completion anticipated in December. The project consists of removing and replacing failed pavement areas, constructing new ADA-compliant curb ramps, installing hot mix asphalt, applying slurry seal surface treatments, and replacing pavement markings.

Some streets receiving pavement treatments are in residential neighborhoods, including:


* Cabrillo Avenue between Calabazas Boulevard and Bowers Avenue
* Los Padres Boulevard between Monroe Street and El Camino Real
* Los Padres Boulevard between Saratoga Avenue and Pruneridge Avenue
* Locust Street between Alviso Street and Park Avenue
* Camino Drive between Washington Street and The Alameda
* Via Dondera between Calabazas Boulevard and El Sobrante Street
* El Sobrante Street between Pomeroy Avenue and Kiely Boulevard
* Hilmar Street between Washington Street and The Alameda
* Poplar Street between Washington Street and Park Avenue
