Sunnyvale Swim Complex Update

Dear Aquatic Participants,

Due to the persistent maintenance issues at Sunnyvale Swim Complex (SSC), we have decided to close the pool for the following week (Mon., June 22 - Fri., June 26).

To continue providing as many programs as possible to the community, we will be moving certain programs to other pools in the area. 

*Lap Swim will take place at Washington Community Swim Center (WCSC):*


* *Monday - Friday from 6 a.m. - 8:15 a.m.*
* *All other lap swim times are cancelled. *

*Water Fitness classes, which take place at SSC, will be cancelled. *


* *Classes taking place at WCSC will run as scheduled. *

*Swim Lessons will take place at the Sunnyvale Middle School pool:*


* *Lesson start times remain unchanged. *
* *Facility address: 1080 Mango Avenue.*

The City is working closely with Fremont High School staff to monitor the condition of the pool and ensure that participant safety remains our highest priority. Pool conditions can change, and we will continue to provide updates as information becomes available.

We sincerely apologize for the recent inconsistencies with the pool schedule and recognize the frustration this has caused.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these challenges with our partners and prioritize providing a safe environment for all participants.
