Moffett Boulevard Precise Plan Update Upcoming City Council Study Session and Existing Conditions Memorandums 

 

*Upcoming City Council Study Session*
On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, the City Council will hold a Study Session on the Moffett Boulevard Precise Plan (Precise Plan). The City Council will provide direction on a Preferred Land Use Alternative (including review of residential densities, building height and ground-floor nonresidential uses) and Streetscape Design Concepts.

Tuesday, April 22, 2025, 5:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible

Council Chambers, Second Floor, 500 Castro Street

Agenda and associated documents will be available the Friday before the meeting at mountainview.legistar.com [ http://mountainview.legistar.com/ ].

*Existing Conditions Memorandums*
The project team has also released existing conditions memorandums for the Precise Plan area. These studies will support the drafting of policies and strategies in later stages of the Precise Plan process.   They cover the following topics: 


* City’s current regulatory policies 

* Existing mobility and transportation networks 

* Existing condition of multifamily residential, lodging and office uses 

* Current retail commercial conditions 

* Historic and potential historic resources 

* Infrastructure, particularly with respect to current water and sewer systems.
