Fall is finally here!

The transition to drop-in lap swim has gone smoothly at both pools. Thank you for your feedback as we improve the process.

The registration webpage has had some updates. Steps for finding lap swim pass information has changed. Below you will find the new steps to follow.

When you arrive at the pool have your five digit pass number ready to tell the manager. You may also print or screenshot the pass barcode to scan for an even quicker check in. 

Before you come to the pool review our drop-in lap swim procedures and buy a pass. [ https://www.sunnyvale.ca.gov/recreation-and-community/classes-and-activities/aquatics/lap-swim ]

Check how many visits are left on your pass: 

* Log into your account  [ https://registration.sunnyvale.ca.gov/wbwsc/webtrac.wsc/splash.html ]
* Click on "My Account" top right and a drop down menu will appear
* Under "History & Balances", click on "My History"
* Under Module, select "Pass Memberships" and press search
* Active passes will appear with remaining punches

Find your pass barcode: 

* Log into your account  [ https://registration.sunnyvale.ca.gov/wbwsc/webtrac.wsc/splash.html ]
* Click on "My Account" top right and a drop down menu will appear
* Under "Reprint", Click on "Reprint a Ticket" 
* This will show the active passes on their account
* Select a pass and click "Reprint Ticket

Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29 - All pools closed for Thanksgiving Holiday
