*HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION: SUSPECT IDENTIFIED*

*SUNNYVALE, California* – On Thursday, May 29, 2025, at approximately 7:42 p.m., Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety (DPS) officers responded to a residence on the 900 block of S. Wolfe Road following reports of multiple gunshots.

Upon arrival, officers discovered an adult male victim outside the residence suffering from gunshot wounds. Officers immediately rendered medical aid; however, despite lifesaving efforts, the victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The suspect has been identified as 44-year-old Jesus Aguilera of Sunnyvale, California. He is described as a Hispanic male, 5’11” tall, and weighs approximately 190 pounds. He has brown eyes and is bald. Aguilera is considered armed and dangerous. If he is located, call 911 immediately. Do not attempt to contact him.
