Community Ofrenda

Join us in celebrating Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead), the Latin American holiday that celebrates the life of our loved ones who have passed. There will be a community "ofrenda", or altar, in the lobby of the Library building from Friday, October 18 through Sunday, November 3.

 

We invite you to add copies of pictures of your loved ones (e.g., friends, family, pets, etc.). Everyone is welcome to participate.

 

*Note:* Please do not bring real food, candy, or lit candles. There is a possibility that photos may get lost, so please only bring copies.
