Great opportunity to get one-on-one assistance with your landlord/tenant law related questions! 

These in-person sessions are held every second Thursday of the month at the Central Park Library’s lobby. This is a first come, first served service, and open to all residents of Santa Clara County.  


Project Sentinel is a non-profit organization and provides education, counseling, conciliation, and they assist individuals with housing problems such as discrimination, mortgage foreclosure & delinquency, rental issues including repairs, deposits, privacy, and dispute resolution.

Estas sesiones de consulta son sólo para residentes del Condado de Santa Clara.   

Project Sentinel (Proyecto Centinela) es una organización sin fines de lucro y proveé consejería educativa, conciliación, asistencia a individuos con problemas de vivienda tales como discriminación, ejecución hipotecaria y delincuencia, asuntos de renta incluyendo reparaciones, depósitos, privacidad, y resolución de disputas.
