The Lafayette is a multi-family development located at 2333 Calle Del Mundo in Santa Clara. There are 34 affordable rental housing units available via lottery, consisting of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. Interested applicants can enter the lottery starting on *Jan. 6, 2025*. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, applicants cannot exceed the annual gross income requirement based on their household size as shown below. All eligible households are encouraged to apply. "*Preference will be given to those residing and/or working in the City of Santa Clara.*"
