Japanese SHARE is also collaborating with the Japanese American Society of New York ・ "Pet Terminal Care and End-of-Life Care / Pet Loss - What You Can Do for Your Loved Pet" webinar at the Fall Health Fair.
In the first part, Dr. Shingo Soeda, a veterinarian from Humane Society of New York, will talk about how to prepare for and face a pet with a mortal illness, the reality of terminal care and end-of-life care, and how to avoid regrets after a pet's death.
In the second part, Ms. Nobuko Hashimoto, a psychotherapist who has experienced end-of-life care for pets in the past, will join moderator Yuko Kosugi to talk about how a psychotherapist overcame pet loss.

Shingo Soeda, Veterinarian : Certified veterinarian in both Japan and the US, full-time at non-kill shelter The Humane Society of NY.
His pets are two old dogs that he adapted, fish and crawfish.

Has cared for 3 cats so far since she adopted her first shelter cat 20 years ago. She currently lives with two cats.
