Looking for babysitter/nanny / $25-$30 per hour

I’m looking for a day-time babysitter/nanny, who can speak native Japanese and also English, have experience taking care of 13 months old baby, can go to swimming practice (in a warm temperature pool) and do other activities with me and baby together. Driving is a plus but not required. Hourly rate is $25-30 (for Tue/Wed/Thu, 2:30pm-6:30pm).

I live in Palo Alto area. If you are not living nearby, we can discuss travel arrangement too. Please contact me if you are interested.
