Apartment in front of UC Berkeley

We are renting an apartment right in front of UC Berkeley.
I share a living room with 6 Asian American women, all of whom are very quiet, clean, and friendly, so you will forget you are sharing with 6 people. The bathroom and washbasin are separate, and you have your own private room. There is also plenty of storage space, with walk-in closets and under-bed storage bins.
The apartment has a gym, lounge, study area, BBQ space, rooftop terrace, and WIFI.
The apartment is located right in front of the UC Berkeley campus, and the Berkeley police station is nearby, so you can feel safe and secure. 2021 is a new apartment building and has good security.
Original rent is $ 2,000 but after negotiations I was able to reduce it to $ 1,599.
My study at UC Berkeley will end in December and I am looking for a sublettee for this room. The earliest I can rent the room is 12/15, and I would give preference to those who can rent the room during December.If you are going to study at Berkeley or commute to Berkeley, please contact me.
