Close to Central Expressway, Lawrence Expressway, 0.7 miles to Sunnyvale Caltrain station, grocery stores are within 1 mile, many high-tech companies nearby (walking distance to Sunnyvale's Apple campus and others), in a safe and small condominium community.

Heated pool, jacuzzi and ample parking within the community. Laundry in the unit.

Wood floor, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. This community looks new. The unit is on the top floor.

Water and garbage are included in rent. We'll need to split PG&E and Wifi hotspot ($25/month).

Your room: has a queen bed and 2 bedside tables, built-in closet, on the left-hand side of the living room (while the other room is on the right-hand side so both occupants have their privacy), bright.

The other roommate: a working professional female, respectful, well-educated, very clean, neat, quiet, polite, infrequently light cooking.

You: either full-time working female professional or student, light cooking, respectful, no overnight male guest, no frequent party, very clean and neat.

Min 4-month lease with one-month deposit.
