Suite with private room, bathroom and a walk-in closet

A private suite (with private bathroom, a large living room, all furnished ) in a peaceful residential area atop a hill. The suite has a private entrance. I want to mention specifically that the king size bed is very comfortable, once you jump in, you don't want to get up.

The rent for is $1500 (including Wifi, utilities). The kitchen and laundry/dryer are shared.

The suite is on the first floor of a very large house, it has a private entrance.

Transportation: The AC Transit (Line 7) bus stop is one block away, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk downhill to the Bart station (El Cerrito Del Norte), which makes for a good exercise uphill. If you have a car, there is ample street parking available right in front of the house.
