The shared kitchen sink, refrigerator, and pantry offer ample space allocated to each resident
Basic cooking utensils such as a microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, and other basic cooking appliances and tableware are provided
The in-unit washer and dryer are free to use, but please provide your own consumables such as detergent
In the kitchen, laundry area, and other spaces, we welcome guests with a strong sense of responsibility who will clean up after themselves every time to consider the next user

The neighborhood is safe
There is a tennis court shared with the neighborhood right next to the house
A –2 minutes away is a walking trail
A 6-minute walk to the South San Francisco BART station
BART also provides convenient access to San Francisco and the East Bay
A 1 -2 minutes
TJ’s, Safeway, Costco ， Starbucks, convenience stores, Asian supermarkets, libraries, post office, police station, and more—all within walking distance
Starbucks and TJ’s are right next to the BART station, so it’s convenient to stop by on your way to work or school
The city’s free bus also runs on weekdays, making it even more convenient if you use the schedule
For those without a car, if our days off align, I can even give you a ride in my car to run errands at places like Costco and Target
I can’t provide a dedicated parking spot, but you can park within the community grounds or on the street, and please rest assured that I’ve never heard of anyone having trouble finding a parking spot
