Looking for a place to stay from November to mid-December.

Nice to meet you. I am looking for a room in the SF area for a short term stay for an internship for about 1.5 months.

Duration ： October 31 - December 20 （ Some time adjustment is possible ）
Desired area ： San Francisco city center - SoMa, Union Square, Mission, Bernal Heights, Pacific Heights or I am also considering locations along Caltrain such as Mountain View, Redwood City, etc.
Budget ： $ Around 1400 （ Utilities included, negotiable ）
Terms ： Private room available. Shared bathrooms are fine, but preferably a private （ private bathroom ） would be nice. Preferably furnished and with Wi-Fi.

I am a female in my 30s and a professional. I am staying for a PAID internship starting mid-September. I am a non smoker ・ no pets, no partying.
