Rent:
Room A: approx. 140 sqft. $ 1,400/month—available immediately; or $ 1,350/month (for those staying over 1 year)

*Deposit: one month’s rent; refunded after move-out, minus cleaning fees\ (usually $ around 100) and repair costs will be deducted before the deposit is returned

*Application fee/background check: $ Approximately 35; you must apply directly to the designated background (criminal history) check company.

*Utilities ・ Internet service fee ・ Water ・ Garbage collection ・ Cleaning supplies, etc., all included\ (within normal usage limits)

- Private room on the second floor
- Share two bathrooms on the second floor with other female housemates
- Share the kitchen, living room, etc., on the first floor with housemates
- Appliances ・ Cooking utensils, etc., available for use
- Washing machine ・ and dryer available for use
- The room comes with a few pieces of furniture available for free use (partially furnished; please note that photos may differ from the current condition, so please check during your viewing. We will remove any furniture you do not need)
- People who can use the shared spaces cleanly and with common sense, and who can participate in regular cleaning
- No outdoor shoes allowed; please wear indoor shoes
- For ventilation reasons, the use of strong-smelling items such as aromatherapy oils or perfume is prohibited on the second floor, and bringing in food is not allowed (Please use the dining area on the first floor for meals)
- Roommates are students and working professionals (subject to change as roommates move in and out)
- If you have a car, you can park on the street in front of the house (free of charge)
- Applicants must be able to communicate in Japanese or English (The lease agreement is in English)
