Lot 12 Parking Lot Closure Update

Downtown Mountain View parking lot to close in the coming weeks

*Thursday, Feb. 5, 2026 Update: *The Lot 12 parking lot in Downtown Mountain View will permanently close to the public no earlier than Wednesday, Feb. 18. Check the City of Mountain View website [ https://www.mountainview.gov/Home/Components/News/News/1175/284 ] for closure updates.

Once the City-owned parking lot is closed, construction on a new affordable housing project will begin.

The parking lot is located across from City Hall and the Mountain View Public Library.
