Pet Sitting Request

I am looking for someone who can pet sit for a one-off pet sitting as the person I have always asked to do so is unable to fit in with my schedule.
The schedule is from the afternoon of 5/23 (Sat.) to the evening of 5/26 (Sun.) （ 3 nights and 4 days ） and the location is in Santa Clara city.
Here is the information of my dog.
・ Toy poodle 14 years old （ Neutered ）
・ Very quiet as an old dog
・ Indifferent to other dogs so no fights occur
Needs medication and depending on his condition, can be syringe fed liquid. He needs to be medicated and depending on his condition, we would like him to be able to be force fed with liquid by syringe.
