Looking for someone to help me with x-rays of my teeth.

Hello. I am studying to be a dental assistant and I have a dental x-ray test on Sunday, 5/31. I am looking for 1 ～ 2 people to help me with the x-rays.
We are not sure about the time yet. The location will be at a dental clinic near Valley Fair. The first step is to go to your own dentist and get him to sign off on the form before you come here ？
It is a simple one sheet of paper form. This must be obtained from your dentist for permission for me to take X-rays at this time. I will keep the form with me. I have been told that the x-rays can be given to you if your own dentist requests them.
