Try our small-group live online yoga classes for free. Beginners and experienced yoga practitioners alike will enjoy a flow and breathing class that stimulates circulation and circulatory function. After the class, we welcome questions about the practice and the yoga teacher training course that will be offered online from September through December. Attendees are welcome to attend only the yoga class. Upon registration, a Zoom class link and schedule will be sent to you.

I am Kiyomi Takahashi （ E ~RYT500, YACEP ） a yoga teacher in Los Angeles since 2009.
I host an online yoga class studio and
yoga teacher training course online, where you can take live online yoga classes in small groups.

For those who want to learn more about their favorite yoga from the basics.
We will hold the second session of
Yoga Teacher Training, where you can deepen your yoga learning comprehensively from yoga postures, anatomy, meditation, pranayama （ breathing ・ chiatsu ）, philosophy, mantras, and teaching methods.

Kiyomi Takahashi will meet with each of you and directly support your learning.

[RYT200] 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training Course
Dates ： September 10 - December 17
A combination of recorded lectures that can be taken at any time from anywhere in the world and live lectures with selectable schedules.
In Japanese You will learn all important concepts in Japanese, and if you are interested, you will also have the opportunity to practice your teaching cues in English.
We have a system in place to carefully support each student's learning with weekly assignments and small group live lectures.
