AT&Tの携帯使用中です。
なぜか相手に上手く番号が伝わらない事があります。みんなアメリカの携帯です。
番号を教えてるだけで番号交換がスムーズに行く方法はありませんか?

私の番号を人に教える→私にかけてもらう→私の携帯はならず
ケース２
私が相手にかける→頭に１がついている（国際電話じゃないのに）
